Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Registered Patent Agent with a master’s degree in any science subject.
- At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in the patents department of a reputed IP law firm.
Roles & Responsibilities
The candidate should independently perform the following tasks:
- Patent searching
- Filing
- Prosecution, drafting FER responses, pre-grant and post-grant oppositions
- Attending hearings before the Controller
- Associated administrative tasks
